About

Off the back of their anticipated new album Cellophane, Holy Holy have announced a huge national tour in April 2024 presented by triple j and supported by Tasman Keith!

Speaking of the tour, Timothy Carroll shares: “We're looking forward to building a wild and expansive set for this tour, playing some of the brand new works off Cellophane with special guests and digging into the back catalogue to find some gems to get lost in again. We're in some beautiful rooms, and to have the time and space to stretch out and go places musically will be special for us and our fans. We've got the triple threat Tasman Kieth along for the ride, and he's incredible - so it's shaping up to be a memorable tour. Wear something special, and we'll make a night of it.  When music is at its best, it's a holy thing.”

To celebrate the tour announce, the Holy Holy up with Tasman Keith and have released unexceptional live video of ‘This Time’, their brand new single off the record, already racking up views and getting positive reactions from fans and industry alike, one of the most listened to songs off the record.

“Oscar's brother Josh is a film-maker and he came down to Oscar's studio to shoot this recently. We sourced a heap of lights from Amazon, and they react to the music as you playof lights of Amazon, and they react to the music as you play. It was the first time for us playing the tune live as a band, and it came together beautifully. Some songs kind of push you along, and in a way, the song plays you - 'This Time' is like that. This gives a sense of what the album will sound like when we do it live.” Timothy Carroll shares.

The act’s fifth album Cellophane finds them shedding their inhibitions, alleviating themselves of the weight of expectation and pushing their sound to new territory. The album has received so much critical claim with triple j’s breakfast host Concetta Caristo dubbing the album “iconic”. The band will be performing tracks live for their eagerly waiting fans on their upcoming National headline tour next April 2024. With a reputation as one of Australia’s best live acts, and a stunning #4 chart result under their belts, this tour will be like no other.
